will be conveniently witnessed from coast to coast of the United States.

Monday, August 21st Goldendale, WA is slightly North of the Path of Totality but the Observatory will be open for special hours from 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. Crowds are expected to be extreme; Observatory Hill will be closed to traffic during this event and overnight parking is not permitted. Advance reservations are not being taken and facility access will be gained on a first come, first serve basis via shuttle buses staging at Goldendale High School, starting around 7 a.m.
